This activity should be done by Integration Expert.
Int4 Dispatcher iFlow needs to be deployed only on non-production environment.
When the files for Int4 Suite are requested, together with the package you should receive also Int4_Dispatcher_XXX.zip, where XXX stand for version.
In your SAP Integration Suite tenant go to Integrations and APIs
In the Design section click on Import button:
Select the package:
After successful import please deploy the Int4ScriptCollection and Int4 Dispatcher iFlow:
